So far as of 1:30 pm on Thursday - here is what has happened so far.
Wed, the midwest convy consisting of Josh, his girlfriend Sheena,
Terrible Tom and his buddy Dan, got underway and drove from Chicago to
DML HQ without incident. Towing Christine behind the ram was stressful
but no problems were encountered.
Thursday morning consisted of testing out paintball guns and target
shooting. Christine has green spots. The pit looks pretty good - grown
up a bit and not quite as full of water as previous years.
About 1 pm eastern local time, Walt Felix called to say he was stopped
in Syracuse NY with a trailor tire blow out. With help from DMLers Walt
is now on his way to an RV shop to get a new tire and rim.
Adam has left for BBQ HQ and should arrive in about 4 hours or so.
