The major part is appearance. I've not taken a look "since
I was young lad :-P" but anything that was chrome coated
is completely surface rusted. Chain would have to have
a good soaking in oil. Might have to use some kind of solvent
to remove varnished gasoline. Carb is a simple reed type
of setup. I think I have a book on moped maintenance (?)
and/or 2-cycle engines.
