We KNOW what that is....
FAST, replace your brake booster. The adjusting bolt that goes into the
master cylinder is backing out and will get progressively worse. I had it
on my 98 and so did another good person on here.

Subject: DML: Sticking front brakes
Hey gang, here's one for you.
My '98 Dak CC has power front discs and rear ABS drums. I've owned it since
new (ordered this way) and it now has about 81,000 miles. Seldom gets out
of
California- rust is not a factor. It has been well cared for and maintained
according to the owners manual schedules at the least. Recently, the front
brakes have started sticking. They don't completely release. The discs
have
gotten "blue" and you can feel the truck "laboring" when the condition
appears
since the front brakes are dragging. You can also smell it. Of course it
doesn't do it all the time! Usually after about 5-10 miles of driving. The
brake
pedal also becomes very hard when this is happening. What do you suppose is
the culprit? The discs, calipers, brake fluid and pads have all been
replaced
with Mopar parts in the last week or so and the condition is still there.
There is no side to side pulling- it is even across both brakes.
