Go Amsoil 10W40, I've run it continually in my 91 Dak, 100,000 mi
running strong.
GM recommended Mobil 1 in my 96 5.7 Cadi from new! Disintegration of valve
seals and other internal problems. Parts replaced , switched to Amsoil
10W40. No Problems.
