Very soon - we had some trouble getting a stable link, but I'm
downloading it from Mike now. ETA is still about 3.5 hours on that.
Assuming that the download completes and that there are no
unexpected problems, the calendar *should* be available sometime
this afternoon or evening. I'll post a message with the ordering
details as soon as the calendar is ready.
