Hi Dave,

I had the same thing late last year. I was told that there was a computer
re-flash that would take care of it (Dealer wanted $99 just to determine if
I needed the re-flash). I had remembered that I was "playing" with the TPS
sensor previously and realized that I had adjusted the Trans kickdown cable
(think that's what it was called) on the back side of the TB linkage. I
forgot which way I moved it, but I think I introduced a bit of slack in it
(back it out).

Do this first and drive it for a bit to see where the truck shifts at. If
it shifts too early, try moving it the other way. Once you have it where
you want it, reset the computer and see if that takes care of the problem.
