Ok folks, 24 hours and counting...
I'm leaving for my cross-country winter journey to move in with my
girlfriend. It's about 2000 miles. Looked on the weather network website,
and it doesn't look like there's supposed to be any snow this week.
I won't drive the same way i did 2 years ago, averaging around 140 km/h (87
mph) and driving 27 hours straight. Once in a lifetime was enough. ;)
This time i'm using my Cherokee instead of my dad's minivan too, and i'm
bringing my little 4x8' utility trailer full of my tools and some other
crap. I'm hiring a moving company for my furniture and paying the extra
insurance in case they decide to "lose" or drop my 42" Sony.
Anyways, i'm leaving tomorrow night, and should get to my girl by Friday
morning sometime, as long as everything goes smooth and it doesn't get too
cold that i can't start the XJ up in the morning... hehe
I'll be back online by the end of this weekend.
