Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a good place in near Hartford or Tolland area for
front end alignment for my gen1 Dakota? My torsion bars are cranked up
to level the front & rear... does that limit the number of places that
will do the job? Are the chain shops as good as the mom/pop shops for
this kind of thing?
I brought my Dart (with torsion bars cranked up a bit) to Town Fair a
few years ago... they noticed the adjusted ride height and said "We'll
do our best but the car is no longer at factory specs." The job they
did was only so-so (plus I saw them bouncing up and down in the seat
giddily like loons in a race car, and they made a greasy mess of my
white interior).
Suggestions/experience?
