Ok thats a different problem altogether that I had as
well....but never fixed that. I have gone through 3-4
sets of discs since I bought the truck new. Once the
piston on the passenger side caliper had a piece the
size of a quarter missing. Also I thing the rods the
caliper slide on were seizing because once I had the
inside pad unevenly worn but completely away on one
end of it while the outter one was practically new. I
dont wanna hate the Dak but I did for a while. Brakes
had been behaving since the last service. I guess I
bottomed out once, or the muffler shop did it, but my
hard line to rear driver side was pinched and had to
be replaced.
Right now it doesnt lock...its more of an ABS
response, but it keeps going even when the vehicle has
come to stop.
