I don't know why people would hate Crutchfield. Their prices aren't the
greatest in the world, but their customer service is worth every penny.
I've ordered thousands of dollars of stuff from them for car, home, etc.
over the years and I have never been sorry. Their customer support (for
the life of the product) as well as their return policy have saved me
more than the slight extra cost of buying from them instead.
They have an extremely sound business model and I will continue to
support that.
