Err - now that my shock has subsided... a more usefull post...
Since you are trying to put the engine in a Jeep.. you will need all the
stuff from an OBD-II truck to make it work. The engine itself isn't an
issue - might need to swap a few sensors... but the harness, ECM and
O2- sensors are all you really need to make it OBD-II compliant.
Don't know what the laws are on the books out there - but just having a
V8 in that Jeep may make it fail inspection. Might need to have it
reclassed as an offroad only or show truck.
