Its likely a bad connection at a bulb, happened to my chevy once....try
replacing the bulbs first, cheap and easy.

Hey guys,
I've noticed this past couple of weeks that my blinkers are flashing faster
than normal. Both right and left turn. They work but, they are dim, so that
tells me the bulbs arent bad. I'm thinking it a ground somewhere is dirty or
lose. Any idea where i need to look? I know about the one under the dash on
the passenger side.
