Anything's possible with enough time and/or money... ;-) Its been
a while since I've been under a QC, but I am reasonably confident that
it could be done without too much hassle. You might need to shift the
cat and/or an O2 sensor or two upstream a little bit, but there should
be enough room there to dump out in front of the tire.
