A popular fix in the TD community is to pull the glass and clean up the
tracks. Then re-lube with new grease for that like-new motion again.
For something like a power window motor I wouldn't spend the extra money to
get one from Dodge, just pick up a lifetime warranteed unit from your local
big-box parts store. It'll last almost as long (and if it doesn't you get
another for free) and cost pennies on the dollar compared to an OE unit.
