Jason, check out Tracfone (http://www.tracfone.com/home_page.jsp).
They're showing (for me anyway) a deal where you get 60 minutes of
airtime and a "free" reconditioned Nokia 1100 for $20.
They have other deals as well. As long as the phone works for 2 weeks,
who cares how low-end it is, right?
