all speakers on Gen III dakotas (yours) are 6.5 oversized (6.75). you can
get away with getting 6.5" speakers, and just getting an adapter fitting. i
believe the only company that makes true 6.75" speakers, is Pioneer, but
they're not the best speakers, from what i've heard.
