I know I'm posting on the tail end of this thread but here goes..
I replaced my OEM fog lights due to they were fogging up. Lens cracked
and chipped so bad. It wasn't till after I had the bumper off that I
found out that some sort of custom brackets had to be made up. Seeing I
was living in apartment at the time and it was going to be dark before I
could hit home depot and work out brackets. I used stuff on I had on
hand on my garage. I did a write up on it on my web site, www.y2kota.us
Go to the "modifications" page and look down at... I think it was in the
2004 section, you'll see the link for the fog lights. Here at work we
are denied our constitutional right to the internet so I can't give you
the direct link to the page. Sorry. I looks jury-rigged but the 2 years
they been there, their still there, don't bounce or vibrate at all.
