Vehicle Track Width

Ok - a little pondering going on here. When a vehicle's track width is
given, they are taking the measurement from one wheel centerline (exact
center of a wheel) from one side to the other side correct?

Trying to match up some numbers here and I want to make sure that I am
comparing apples to apples.
