no, that's not the case. when ordering the dakota, order option code 25E.
that gives you the 4.7L V8. option code 26E is the 4.7L with the 5-speed
auto.
HOWEVER, you cannot order the 4.7L Flex-Fuel V8 with the 6-speed. the only
option code for the 4.7L FF, is order code 27E, which is the FF engine,
5-speed and 3.55 gears.
the only other V8 option code is 28E, which is the 4.7L HO.
