Maybe it's the throttle position sensor. I had to replace mine twice as it
caused my truck to "surge" slightly when turned on cruise.

the signal to the speedo?? If yes, then I also changed that - I just forgot
it when posting my CC troubles to the list earlier!!! Speedo is correct
and does not change when the problem crops up..
The truck has rear anti lock brakes also!! Is there anything in that
circuit
that would interfere with the CC?? The switch on the brake arm is
functioning
properly, but when the CC drops out, it is exactly like you had pressed the
brake pedal..
