I agree Andy, I once solely blamed Unions, but no more. I cannot name a
single business that has improved its product, profit, or service, once it
became Unionized. Can anyone?

I don't think the Big Three's problems are solely due to the unions, but
the unions control a *lot* of how those companies operate. Anyone could
design a "perfect" car but the unions could still manage to get the
execution of the design wrecked, or put production requirements around
it which make the whole thing unprofitable.
