Nothing major as far as metal removal. Since the runners can be a bit thin
we polished them up real well and removed all cast flashing from them. The
valve bowls were blended and the valves were back cut to give a bit more
flow. The intake got the runners shortened and the exhaust manifolds were
opened up by removing the ring at the flange in them. Nothing major like
head shaving or the such was done.

Not sure how good of a recording I can get of it, but if it would help I can
give it a go and send up to my ftp.

You may want to take this into either a dealership or a reputable shop to
get a second opinion on the noise. Last question though: you mentioned some
porting work done on the heads...what was exactly done? - Bernd
