I have run slotted on my Jeep for 7 years without any problems. I just
recently switched to cross-drilled, but haven't had the chance to go
off-road as of yet. I am a little more concerned about the durability
of the cross-drilled rotors over the Powerslots I used to run.

I will be watching them more closely for any signs of stress cracks.
The reseller I bought them through reassured me in several different
ways that the Stillen cross-drilled rotors I bought will survive
off-road.

Failing that I will switch back to PowerSlots.

Here's a tangental question. On a 4x4 that see's occasional mud/water,
are there and disadvantages to drilled, slotted, or D/S? I am planning
on ceramic pads again, but I seem to remember something about standard
rotors being better on 4x4's in the muck...
