Thanks Jon, I think there's 2 switches on the rack? I don't have a FSM for the Neon. How can I tell witch one it is?

A switch has fixed it everytime for me. Very common failure on PT's.

Coming home from celebrating our 25th anniversary the engine light came on 6 miles from home after a 4 day, 300 mile round trip midweek weekend ;-) Pulled the codes and found P1684, no brainier, battery disconnected within the last 50 starts. The 2nd code, P0551, Power Steering Switch Failure - Incorrect input put state detected for the power steering switch circuit. PL: High pressure seen at high speed. I reset the PCM and the codes came back today. Any words of wisdom on where to start with this one? Simple as a bad switch or internal to the power steering rack??

Well if you had a V8, I would say throw an M1 intake manifold on there
and be done with it. The belly pan gasket is blown on my Ram, and thats
my once-in-for-all solution.
Since you have the long since aftermarket-ignored 3.9V6 - pull the
intake, and use a bead of The Right Stuff gasket material between the
pan and the upper manifold. That stuff should be the last time you will
have to regasket the belly pan.

I got my headlights from the group buy yesterday. I installed them this
afternoon. They were the high and low beams. They go on, but nothing seems
to change when I put the high beams on. I have all the connetors
connected, etc etc. The lights stay on, the beam just doesn't change. Or
at least I didn't notice and type of mechanical action taking place. I'll
have to see what happens at night. No clue what the problem could be
though.

Subject: DML: Front Grill Questions
I am looking to replace to stock chrome grill/grill
shell on my truck.
http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m251/D45_2006/Dakota%20Pics/P1010380.jpg
I am wanting to replace it with a black colored shell.
Has anyone ever bought the replacement grills, that
are sold on Ebay? They sell alot of black grills, but
most say they are just primered black.
Or, does anyone know where I can get a cheap factory
painted black grill?
Is swapping the grills easy? It appears like it is
simply bolted-on.
Thanks for any and all info!

Back in the day there was an offering of a 1/4" Al plate, although I
forget who was offering it. I simply went down to a local steel fab
shop with the stock bellypan and had an Aluminum plate made for it.
IIRC, it cost around $75 to have made.

Yep, I believe they do have one for the V8, but I'm not sure about
the V6.
