CAFE standards going up?

I just heard it on Fox news,and I say it's about time!
Consumers have been taking it on the chin for many
years now.

Why,I was in a cafe just last week,and it took over
twenty minutes for the waitress to bring me a refill!
And the tables are always sticky. And some cafes have
pretty nasty bathrooms too.

My hope is that cafes are all raised to very high
standards! Or put some salt in the food. I'm just
sayin'.
