If you're referring to the rear sitting higher than the front - 1" blocks
will take care of that. If the front is sagging or one side of the truck is
lower than the other, check the suspension closely.

That may be true, but even from the factory 2wd gen 3's don't sit level.
  I only need an inch or two. I was hoping there was a fix or a kit
like Tom's Ram...
