The Bosch and Delco are both noted as being "universal". The ones from Denso
and Standard Motor Products don't have that notation. Hard to tell from the
pictures they provide if any cutting or crimping is needed, all seem to have
some kind of 4 pin connector on the other end of the wire, though.

No idea. Rockauto has them at $60 (upper) and $52 (lower). Dealer's not open
right now for comparison.
