I just rented a 2008 chrysler mini van for a trip recently and noticed that it wouldn't let me shift into gear unless my foot was applying brake pressure.

I was working on a 2002 Neon recently and noticed that Mopar devised a
park/brake interlock for the parking brake. If the parking/fun brake

set, the trans would not shift out of "Park". Nice feature.
