That's per US gallon. The exchange rate is so close these days I've stopped
worrying about currency conversions. Lemme see, Google says as of right now
that 1 Canadian dollar = 0.990099 U.S. dollars, so 3.90 Canadian dollars =
3.8613861 U.S. dollars. Close enough for comparison.

Or, to be more precise:
1.03200 (Canadian dollars per liter) = 3.86786628 U.S. dollar per US gallon
