I haven't heard any noises from the rear end at all. I also haven't opened the
dif yet to check it out, I changed it out to Mobil 1 at probably 15k and it's
been in there since (60k now). It's a open dif 9.25.

Don't suppose excessive tire spin would lead to it? I have a hard time getting
traction in the rain which leads to spinning if I don't feather the throttle.
Only 15k on my highly rated tires and I can't get traction in the rain..
