It may not be a cat, but if it is bad the cat will make it feel like it is
losing power the hotter the cat gets. When it is cooled it will feel just
fine.

That doesn't match my symptoms. Runs fine, normally. If it were clogged cat,

shouldn't it be clogged all of the time? This isn't happening all of the
time, but it happened over lunch today (parked for about 45 minutes in 35
deg. F weather). Before that, it did it last week some time. The time before

that was before Christmas.
