You should have 4 screws holding the door panel on. One near the a-pillar
(opper/front of the door panel), one behind the door latch, and two at the
bottom. That's all that is requried to remove the panel (along with the
window crank handle).

Yeah, the FSM shows one back there, holding the upper left (driver's door)
of the panel in position...maybe it's a misprint?
