heater and defrost fan and control

My defrost fan stopped running. My electrical diagram shows the resistor
bank and I find 12v there. I don't see how the battery or ignition switch
sends power to the fan. I don't know if I have a switch or fan problem.
The 50a fuse is ok. Any trouble shooting advice?
