That sounds like a clogged fuel pump sock...tank gets low, its more clogged,
no fuel can be pumped. Is it okay 1/4 tank and above?

Subject: DML: Dak died today...for a few seconds.

Went out to the Dak this morning to start it,and it
"caught" and shut right back off. It did this several
times, and then it stayed running. I revved the engine
and took my foot off to see if it would undershoot and
stall, and it did. Then it was okay after it warmed
up,but ran kinda crappy all day, which it normally
does. The gas tank was down to just over 1/8 of a
tank, and the weather had gone from dry and 55 to very
wet and 65.

I'm not sure what happened, but since it hasn't been
running well for quite a while,it may be that whatever
has been making it run bad is getting ready to fail
100%. That would be great!
