   I don't think it can be narrowed down to just one aspect. For any
good or service, you need somebody willing to pay for it and somebody
capable of providing it. Customers wiling to purchase a product which
nobody makes will generate no profit, just as a manufacturer building
a product which nobody wants will generate no profit. IMHO, its best
to look at it as an entire system as opposed to crediting one
particular part with the success of the whole.
