Technically you are correct.. I consider that when our
Homeland is "Bombed" by a people and innocent US citizens
are killed as a result and we send our Military in Harms way,
that I consider to be War. Maybe not properly declared, but
when I am being shot @ or being targeted by IED's it is in
my estimation WAR.
I've learned.... That one should keep his
words both soft and tender, because
tomorrow he may have to eat them.
