Exhaust manifold gasket on a 4.7

Hello all,
My passenger side exhaust manifold gasket is leaking on my 2002 QC
with a 4.7. I was looking under there and it looks like a real pain
to get at the bolts since the cross member is in the way. Has anyone
had to replace their's and have any tips? How long did it take you?
