Blown Driver Side Speaker

I have a 2001 Dakata 4x4 CC and have a blown driver's side door
speaker. I'm wondering how difficult it is to replace the speakers in
the doors, and what folks have used? This is the stock CD/Cassette/
Radio stereo with what I think are Infinity speakers.
