I took it back to mechanic.

He wiped the tranny down clean and ran truck for a while to warm it up. then he turned
it off to let cool down.

He looked again and said its the neutral safety switch thats leaking. $97 for
part/labor.

( which explains the leak appearing to come from front passengers side of pan he says. )

I said ok to the repair.
