Nope...they're a machine fit. . . . . Until they start to leak. Then, you
get a set of Mopar Performance gaskets and forget about it. ;)

Wait a second, the factory exhaust manifolds have no gaskets?! Wow...
The entire exhaust on this truck is stock. I've never touched any part of
it.
(This is the 200!+ exhaust with the mini-cats) The only modifications have
been on the intake side, 1.7 mopar roller rockers, and PCM. (intake,
throttle body,
m1) I took the heat shields off yesterday to see if the problem would go
away, but it didnt. Nice try I guess...
I took it to an older mechanic this morning who heared the noise and said it
was the exhaust. He also got upset at me and told me it "was normal", like I
was wasting his time.
Time to save up for some headers...
