Take the rocker shafts out and soak it in Diesel (or Gasoline) to break up
any sludge in the oiling passages.

Ok - just discovered that they are not serviceable on the SOHC motors...
bloody bastards!!
Guess i'll try running a can of engine flush through and see if that
cleans stuff up. Just my luck, it will clean out all the varnish and
every seal and gasket will start leaking.
