Wow, that is scary about that refinery in Alaska. I wonder if it only
supplies oil products to the general area/State up there? I've always
heard that the refinery capacity in the USA is maxed out. lol I can
see how oil demand is dropping thanks to the prices!

I recently heard on the news that here in Texas, the state has a 10.2
billion dollar budget surplus with a lot of it due to unexpected tax
income from all of the oil companies that are based here and all of
the money they are making.

Anyway. I've raised my city mileage from 14.5 to a fairly steady
average of 16.5 mpg just by slowing down and not driving like I'm in
the INDY 500.
