Power steering failure

I have a 02 QC 4WD with the 4.7 and my power steering died on Saturday
morning. All was good Friday, then when I pulled out of the garage on
Saturday it was not working. The fluid level looked fine and the
pulley is turning. Any idea on how to tell if it is the pump or the
rack?
