voltage to pump isn't ECU controlled. As long as you have a 12v power
source, that pump will crank up. The injectors, on the other hand, is a
different story. No spark you say? hhhmmm... I'm leaning towards PCM, but do
the fuel sniff sniff test anyway, so some of us can sleep tonight =)
