We still have to use the DRB's. StarScan/StarMobile (and the new WiTech
system) are primarily CAN-B/C only (CAN-HIS, and LIN as well). There may be
a few more updates for the DRB but nothing substantial anymore.

Well, they used to be the tool used at the dealership to communicate with
the PCM. But now the dealers use the Starscan tool. I'm sure they still
have the DRBs as well.
