I've used Marvel Mystery Oil for such applications. Not a bad idea to put
it in the cylinder and then let it set for awhile (24 hours) before
starting.

Oh...almost forgot: squirt a few drops of engine oil (or penetrating oil) in
the combustion chamber (before you put the spark plug back in) to break up
any rust or corrosion built up in there. Turn the engine a few times
without the plug in it to make sure nothing is seized up.
