I definitely no expert, but i am happy with my lincoln weldpak
100. I used it with flux core for a long time, then bought the
add-on to make it work with gas.
I'll second Jon's rec to use gas if you plan to do much
welding. I get much better welds, and spend a lot less time
cleaning them up when i'm done.
