My apologies on any confusion.
All my mopars since my 1965 fury thru my 83 ram van all had 5 on 4 1/2.
65 sat, 69 charger, 70 challenger, 82 and 83 vans.
That also included my 76 ramcharger
My 92 dakota was 6 on 4 1/2 until i put an 8 3/4 rear axle in it..then
it was half and half.
i had the ARE 767 black wheels on the dakota so we drilled out two
wheels and the spare
to fit both 6 on 4 1/2 and 5 on 4 1/2
the class act way would have been to put earlier front rotors on the
dakota and then have
5 on 4 1/2 all the way around.
that would have meant 5 new wheels
the full sized rams went to a larger pattern in 1985..what ever it was.
5 on 5, or 5 on something else.
My 2007 1500 4x4 hemi has 5 lugs
that's all i know about that
