on my '99 I get 3 bings.
A huge percentage of wierd dakota problems trace back to the battery.
sometimes even if it load tests OK but marginal, it still is screwey..
Just my experience that whomever programmed Dodge computers fell down on
the job when it came to dealing with voltage fluctuations...
