Rear bumpers - used vs. aftermarket?

My rear bumper is getting pretty rusty. I'm debating the cheap method (strip
it and shoot it with some Rustoleum) vs. expensive method of replacing it.
Junkyard hunting here in Illinois is likely to find me more rusty
replacements, so I'm looking at some of the aftermarket replacements like Fey.

Are these any good?
